The INMOTECNIA-RENT Exhibition is an annual event that since 2017 has been dedicated to the exhibition of new technologies applied to the real estate sector, which takes place in Barcelona, Spain. Its success has already positioned it as the reference trade fair for PropTech in Southern Europe.
- The attendees are professionals, related to companies in the real estate sector and professionals in the field of venture capital, private equity, family offices, institutional investors and public administrations.
- The event brings together international professional exhibitors of innovative solutions and disruptive businesses for to the real estate sector.
- Conferences are held in parallel with accredited national and international speakers.
- INMOTECNIA-RENT has created several thematic areas: Digital Transformation, Real Estate Technology, StartUps, Investors, Conferences, Networking Area,..., so that all visitors can find multiple and valuable proposals in the PropTech sector.
Organizers
The INMOTECNIA-RENT show is organized by the Consortium of the Zona Franca de Barcelona (through its subsidiary Barcelona Meeting Point), the Association of Realtors of Catalonia (through its subsidiary Tecnoapi) and the French company RealNewtech, organizer of the RENT show in France.
FOMENTI advises the managers of the event and lead and coordinate the main conferences planned. FOMENTI in conjunction with La Salle-TECHNOVA (Technological Innovation Park) is in charge of the organization and management of the #PropTech StartUp Corner Salon and the #PropTech Investor Meeting Bar.

The #PropTech Investor Meeting Bar of La Salle-TECHNOVA is a meeting place for investors and real estate companies interested in investing or acquiring real estate technology and digital transformation companies participating in the #PropTech StartUp Corner or in the different booths of INMOTECNIA-RENT.
